Boston...well, Winchester, MA

We finally made it out of Maine, only 1.5 hours behind schedule, not bad. Forgot the baby wipes...who knew babies needed so much crap to travel! Pictures of the car to follow.

So, today, we packed the car, made some last minute visits to the grandma Rose Ann, dropped the keys off to Stef, and dropped in on the Benenson Fogg's eating at each spot along the way. Crepes in Brunswick and Corn Chowder and amazing chocolate cookies on the East End of Portland.
We arrived in Winchester for a little dinner party (sans the bday girl--Katrin Aback). Dinner was lovely and the company (Molly, Clare, Michael, Bill, and Gay Gary Glitter) was lovely and hilarious. Frances and Opus the rabbit hit it off.

A glass of wine and some fine chocolate cake later and then we headed to Newton to lay our heads down for a nice night's sleep chez Clare and Michael.
